LTA500 is Brenn-O-Kem’s innovative liquid Tartaric Acid product. Brenn-O-Kem locally developed LTA500 specifically for the wine industry for use on grapes and must. Tartaric Acid in liquid form makes product handling and dosing operations better and easier. LTA500 contains 500 g of L-(+)-Tartaric Acid per litre. L-(+)-Tartaric Acid is a naturally occurring organic acid found in many plants, most notably in grapes. LTA500 is sourced from grape wine lees and is therefore natural in origin.
LTA500 is manufactured in a HACCP certified facility and available in 1000 litre IBCs.
