Brenn-O-Kem’s Calcium Tartrate is manufactured at our Worcester branch, Wine Lees Plant.
Calcium Tartrate crystals are produced from wine lees sludge, purified and dried to become the intermediate product for the production of Tartaric Acid. The Calcium Tartrate contains 50% Tartaric Acid.
